Breeze Thru Car Wash - Greeley

I have had a membership with this car wash for a while. I pay a good amount as a monthly fee for good quality and good customer service I get off a long day of work I stop by this car wash, and they discourage me from getting a car wash, which I pay for monthly. I have waited hours. I had to leave my car there a couple times and come back later. It's very inconvenient, especially for a mother with children. At times I have felt very uncomfortable because I have also overheard employees make small comments, which makes me believe they are heterophobic. I appreciate the hard workers they do have, and I understand business does get busy, especially in the summertime, but a lot of times there’s a lot of joking and talking and not so much working. I’m fairly new to the car wash and new to the area. I didn’t have this problem at any other car wash that I had a membership with. I would say they need some new management, new employees, and extra help. I’m definitely going to be looking at other options.

Saturday, I don’t know where management is but they have spent over an hour detailing a jeep that’s in front of my truck. No one has touched my truck yet and it’s been over an hour wait time. I see staff running around but no attention to the detail bays. Breeze, you can do better!! Get supervision out there to delegate your work force. It’s embarrassing to watch

Never have I had such wonderful service. You know when you have moments at the grocery store and it's time to pay and for whatever reason your card is declined and you look to the side and there's people just getting annoyed and you feel anxious and feel bad for holding up the line..? Yeah well, I pull up to the middle lane and my hood was smoking like some wildfire. I had just gotten my oil changed right before going to the carwash. At this point I'm planning on driving back to the place which would've recked my engine! In this whole situation never have I been reassured and made me feel okay about a shitty situation. Thanks to Tori for going above and beyond at customer service!! She saved my car by advising me to call the place and advising me to not drive it! Tori, you're great and your knowledge with mechanic is outstanding! For all that you did, I'm joining the unlimited wash pass 😁😁 P.S- Sorry for the oil mess! Thank you for everything Tori 💛

I’ve had my car hand detailed for 200+ dollars multiple times and in between those details I usually come here to help keep it maintained. After Chris and Josiah detailed my car I might just keep coming here cause these dudes made it look just as good. Dudes are good to go especially for 1/4 the price as custom cleanings and way faster. Sat and watched them hit everything at least twice, definitely take pride in their job.

Took my new car into their car wash to wash it for the first time. Something in there wash scratched the up my hood. Those scratches were not their when I went in. Filed a complaint. Had to physically come in to file it. They then called me like 3 weeks later saying I had not finished my claim. Called them again and was told oh sorry we actually have your full claim. 2 days later they called me back and claimed they could see the scratches on my hood when my car entered the wash. Those scratches were not there on my car. I would have even been happy with it looks like wash did and an applogy. Instead they decide to lie. Do not use their wash. It will damage your car and then they will blame you. I will never use one of their washes again.
